Dominic Morris

Dominic started the company in 1998. He is passionate about people development and enthuses the people he works with. He is an experienced trainer, coach, mentor, clinical hypnotherapist and facilitator. He works with leaders at all levels from strategy development to individual management modules. His experience within the not for profit and profit sectors means he brings an innovative and creative approach to ensure that learning and development creates real long term change.

Daniel Bourne

Daniel has a significant background specialising in professional development, recruitment and training facilitation gained in international and regional Higher Education, Further Education and training sectors. He has a Masters degree in International Human Resources and is a qualified teacher, both of which underpin his passion for people development. Daniel delivers leadership and volunteer management training, supports strategic planning reviews and is our lead assessor.

Sarah Cargan

Sarah has a background in the creative, taking a degree in art history and working with UK and international brand companies. Her expertise includes project management, customer relationship management, and marketing and brand development. Sarah manages the office and helps to create the strategic direction of Blue Edge.

Leanne Howes

Leanne is responsible for our communication and marketing and leads on our web development strategy. She is particularly interested in and is developing, new media support for our learners. She has a degree in Creative Studies and supports the development of new contacts. Leanne project manages our training courses and facilitates 360 Degree Appraisals.
